He’s led large-scale network deployments for Google Fiber, AT&T, Verizon, Frontier Communications, and various EMCs. Seeking to create a bigger impact and fill a void within the industry, he founded Precision Design Solutions (PDS), a company that is truly dedicated to Integrity, Trust, Passion, and Teamwork. When he’s not building and evolving PDS, AJ can be found spending quality time with friends and family‚ including his wife, Edita, and sons Lucas and Enzo. A fitness enthusiast, he enjoys soccer, hiking, and running.

With a decade of entrepreneurship in industries including finance and OSP Engineering, Will is able to uniquely leverage his eclectic experience while overseeing the daily operations of PDS. An adept problem solver with a passion for pursuing new experiences, he challenges himself to vigorously conquer learning curves. Will loves spending time with his wife, Lindsay, and two awesome, independent kids. When he’s not cracking the code on a new project for PDS, he’s adding to his impressive list of hobbies: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, soccer, motorcycles and cars, side-by-sides, tennis, and pickleball.

Marie Payne is a seasoned GIS professional with a decade of experience, specializing in GIS automations and data analysis. She has spent the past 5 years dedicated to advancing the field of utility network management through technology and innovative solutions. By developing cutting-edge data analysis tools, Marie has reduced time-to-delivery while increasing overall accuracy and quality control. Outside of work, Marie balances her professional life with her hobbies: hiking scenic trails, cultivating her garden, and knitting handcrafted treasures.

As a concept to completion driver, Ron operates as a change agent, restructuring organizational operations, processes, and procedures to foster innovation and enhance overall efficiency. His ability to spearhead strategic partnerships and leverage a robust network of fiber and cable industry executives has been instrumental in guiding transformative initiatives and enabling the exchange of critical market insights.

Kirk has amassed more than 15 years in the telecom industry, growing experience and building leadership prowess across the spectrum of fiber engineering: fielding, OSP, ISP, BICS, planning, and managing. Married to his wife of 15 years, he has an 11-year-old daughter and 14-year-old son. Kirk has a passion for hiking and camping, and serves as an Advisor for the Adventurer group with his local Trail Life USA troop. He enjoys gathering around the fire by the river with family and friends — and when he needs to blow off steam — driving fast cars in bad weather.

With 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Rick has dedicated his career to construction and field engineering. Throughout his professional journey, Rick has honed his skills to seamlessly transition projects from the engineering phase to the construction phase, ensuring utmost precision and accuracy.

With 15+ years of permitting and OSP/ISP project management in the telecom industry, Maria has developed a winning strategy for building strong, lasting relationships with customers and permit authorities alike. She loves the outdoors, traveling, cracking jokes, the Philadelphia Flyers, and Joe, her husband of 10+ years.

With more than 20 years in various industries including 8 in telecommunications, Stan brings the experience and alternative approach to adapt in the ever-changing workflow environment that is fiber design. From Tier 1 to emerging clients, he encapsulates PDS’ vision into a robust project tracking platform that is built on traceability and client-first methodology. Outside of work Stan enjoys golf, time with family, and traveling.
