Job Summary: The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. This role includes managing recruitment and onboarding processes, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will also develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, support talent development initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.
- Policy Development: Create, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- HR Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all employment regulations and company policies.
- Data Management: Maintain employee records and HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Culture & Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
